General Conditions of Sale: Hagstone Consulting Ltd

Article 1: Scope
These conditions apply to every purchase made through the Make Doubt Your Superpower website and funnels, operated by Hagstone Consulting Ltd, trading as Rebecca Page-Chapman (“we”, “us”). A “client” is anyone who completes an order with us through our secure checkout.

Article 2: Age
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. If we learn that a client or newsletter subscriber is under 18, we will delete their data and refund any purchase.

Article 3: Orders
Placing an order means you accept these conditions in full. The product you’re buying is described on its sales page. Digital products are delivered electronically, and nothing is shipped.

Article 4: Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is due when you order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, and Stripe is responsible for the security of its own system.

Article 6: Delivery and access
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your login details and a link to choose your password. You’ll then have access to the masterclass and workbook. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we offer the masterclass. If we ever withdraw it, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and the chance to download your workbook.

Article 7: Licence and use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the masterclass and workbook for your own use. Please don’t copy, share, resell, or publish them, and don’t share your login with anyone else. All content stays our property.

Article 8: Refunds
If the masterclass isn’t right for you, email us at [email address] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, with no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. After 14 days we can’t offer refunds, except where the law requires it. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Article 9: No professional advice, no guaranteed results
Our content is for education and personal development. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on you and your circumstances, and we can’t guarantee any particular outcome.

Article 10: Coaching services
One-to-one and group coaching are separate services, provided under a written agreement. These conditions apply only to digital products.

Article 11: Personal data
We handle your personal data in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), and our Privacy Policy explains how. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. We use trusted providers, such as Stripe for payments and systeme.io for hosting and email delivery, to run our service.

By giving us your email address, you agree to receive emails from us about your purchase, and occasional tips and offers about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Article 12: Liability
Nothing in these conditions limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Article 13: Governing law
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country still apply to you.

Article 14: Changes
We may update these conditions from time to time. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
